The Acting Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, and the Rector of the University of Prishtina, Prof. Arben Hajrullahu, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation today, establishing an important foundation for strengthening interinstitutional cooperation.
On this occasion, Minister Maqedonci emphasized that, now that the foundations of the defense industry have been established, cooperation with the University of Prishtina is essential for building domestic capacities in the field of the production of armaments, ammunition, and other defense systems.
This memorandum will enable the development of studies, analyses, and research projects, the organization of professional training, as well as the engagement of academic expertise in the processes of policy development and strengthening defense capacities.
