The Ministry of Defense is a state administration body and is composed of integrated civilian and military personnel of the KSF. The Ministry of Defense is responsible for democratic civilian oversight and control over the KSF.
The Ministry drafts and implements general state defense policies at the strategic level, and exercises its functions and powers, in accordance with the Constitution and applicable legislation.
