Acting Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci today, prior to the commencement of the graduation ceremony at the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Türkiye, met with the cadets from Kosovo who successfully completed their education at this prestigious academy.
On this occasion, Minister Maqedonci congratulated Second Lieutenants Ramadan Rexha, Gjergj Dreni, Altin Salihaj, Elmë Ramadani, and Admirim Ismajli on successfully completing five years of education, including one year of a preparatory Turkish-language course and four years of military studies.
The Ministry of Defense and the Kosovo Security Force, alongside capability development and force modernization, place particular emphasis on the education, training, and professional development of personnel. Investing in highly qualified military personnel is an investment in the future of the KSF and in building a modern, professional force interoperable with the armed forces of partner countries.
The education of KSF officers at prestigious academies in partner countries also strengthens ties and cooperation between the Kosovo Security Force and the armed forces of partner countries.
During the meeting, Minister Maqedonci expressed his gratitude to the Republic of Türkiye for its continued support to Kosovo in the areas of education, training, and professional development of KSF members.
