Acting Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, today hosted the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Republic of Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, at a meeting, during which they discussed current security developments and the strengthening of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense.
During the meeting, they discussed the current security situation in the region and beyond, the importance of close coordination with strategic partners, as well asthe advancement of cooperation between the Republic of Kosovo and the United Kingdom in areas of mutual interest.
On this occasion, the Minister expressed his gratitude for the continuous support that the United Kingdom has provided to the Republic of Kosovo andits defense sector, while commending the close partnership that has been built over the years. During the meeting, the shared commitment to further deepen cooperation for the benefit of peace, security, and regional stability was reaffirmed, as well as to continue close coordination in addressing common security challenges
