Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci hosted a meeting with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kosovo, Rainer Rudolph, with whom he discussed the security situation in the country and the wider region, as well as developments in the field of defense.
The meeting focused on the development dynamics of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) and the important cooperation with Germany, with particular emphasis on joint training activities and exercises, as well as opportunities to deepen cooperation in the field of the defense industry and military procurement.
This cooperation contributes directly to the advancement of capabilities and the enhancement of interoperability with partners, further strengthening the role of the Republic of Kosovo as an important contributor to peace, security, and stability in the region and beyond.
Germany remains an important and reliable partner of the Republic of Kosovo on its path toward building a modern, professional force capable of contributing to collective security.
