Acting Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci attended the graduation ceremony of the cadets of the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Türkiye, held on the occasion of the Republic of Türkiye’s Victory Day.
As part of the ceremony, Minister Maqedonci met with the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as well as the Minister of National Defense, Yaşar Güler, whom he congratulated on the Republic of Türkiye’s Victory Day.
A special moment of the ceremony was the graduation of five cadets from the Republic of Kosovo, who successfully completed their military studies. Minister Maqedonci congratulated them on the dedication, discipline, and success demonstrated throughout their studies and wished them a successful career in the service of their country.
Cooperation in the field of defense between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Türkiye is important, and support in the education, training, and professional preparation of new military personnel constitutes one of the concrete examples of this cooperation.
