During the meeting, the concept of total defense, Finland’s experience and contribution in implementing this model, as well as opportunities for cooperation in the field of defense procurements, were discussed. Likewise, the progress achieved by the Kosovo Security Force over the years, as well as Kosovo’s contribution to the International Stabilization Force in Gaza, was addressed, as evidence of its role as a contributing state to international security.
The parties agreed on the further strengthening of the partnership between Kosovo and Finland, built upon shared values, mutual trust, and practical cooperation in advancing security and stability.
