During the meeting, the Minister expressed gratitude for the continuous support and the important role that the United Kingdom has provided throughout the state-building process of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as in strengthening the security and defense institutions. Likewise, they discussed the further advancement of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense, while appreciating the partnership to date within the framework of joint missions in the Falkland Islands and Belize, as well as the contribution to Operation Interflex.
In the spirit of the partnership between the two friendly and allied countries, the mutual commitment to deepening cooperation in areas of common interest was reaffirmed, including training, the development of defense capacities, and the enhancement of military interoperability, in the interest of regional and international peace, security, and stability.
