The Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, today met with Ambassador Dr. Detlef Wächter, the Permanent Representative of the Federal Republic of Germany to NATO, with whom he discussed deepening the partnership between the Republic of Kosovo and Germany, with particular emphasis on advancing cooperation in the field of defense.
During the meeting, particular attention was paid to opportunities for training, education, and professional development for members of the Kosovo Security Force through participation in NATO schools and courses.
Furthermore, the Republic of Kosovo’s strategic objective of NATO membership was discussed, as well as the importance of continued support from partners in this progress.
