Minister of Defense Anton Quni had a telephone conversation with his Montenegro counterpart Predrag Boskovic

 Today, Minister of Defense, Anton Quni had a telephone conversation with Minister of Defense of Republic of Montenegro, Predrag Boskovic. In a spirit of friendship and partnership both Ministers have talked about so far cooperation level and scale of implementation of the bilateral agreements between both countries. Among others discussed on management process of COVID-19 pandemics at a statehood level strategy of both Ministries, operation of forces during emergency as well challenges raised during its fighting. They estimated that this crisis was a special challenge and lessons learned will effectively serve in a more successful coping of respective pandemic and similar crisis in the future. Both Ministers agreed upon intensification of cooperation and coordination of activities and capacities between both Ministries and forces in order to be coped with synergy and defeat successfully current crisis of global measures.

Common specifics of both countries and a good neighborhood like in situation created from COVID-19 makes easily and effective exchanging of experiences as well exchange based on mutual needs for human and technical skills and capacities that are specialized for mutual support between both countries. Both agreed that post-pandemic contacts should be intensified with mutual visits to further deepen bilateral cooperation in a good of peace and security for both countries as well regional stability and wider.
