KSF Commander Lieutenant General Rrahman Rama hosted selected cadets for studies at US military Academy
KSF Commander Lieutenant General Rrahman Rama hosted today the KSF cadets for studies in the 2020-2024 generation at US Military Academies, respectively the prestigious West Point Military Academy and the United States Air Force Academy accompanied by U.S. Defense Attaché of Kosovo Colonel Ryan Nichols and Chief of U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation, Major Courtney Olson.In the meeting, General Rama expressed his satisfaction and congratulations for the great results in the testing as well as their selection based on the defined standard criteria of the respective academies in a very strong competition. Among other things, he congratulated the cadets and expressed full confidence for a great success during studies for the next four years, a success that reflects on the values of the KSF, our state, and the values of strategic partnership with our American allies.Regarding the success of cadets Vesa Ibrahimi and Andrin Vuthaj of West Point Military Academy and Albin Bytyqi , cadet of the Air Force Academy, the first cadet ever in this academy from the KSF, General Rama, thanked and expressed deep gratitude to the friendly American Embassy, represented by the Colonel Nichols and Major Olson for their contribution on the arrangement of this opportunity and this great success for the KSF and Kosovo in general.
At the meeting, Commander of KSF Lieutenant Rrahman Rama was accompanied by the Director of the Department for International Relations and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ministry of Defense Colonel Hasan Hoxha and the military adviser in the Cabinet of the KSF Commander, Major Jaser Mulla.
