Minister Mehaj decorates with medals and gratitude the bearers of the process of co-deployment of the KSF contingent alongside the American Army

With a special ceremony, the Minister of Defense, Armend Mehaj accompanied by the Commander of the KSF, Lieutenant General Rrahman Rama and the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense, Fahrije Sadiku awarded medals and gratitude for the bearers of the co-deployment process of the KSF contingent alongside the US Army in the first overseas peacekeeping mission.On this occassion, Minister Mehaj, in addition to thanking the decorators, pointed out that the role and contribution of the United States to all the achievements so far and goals for the future is vital and irreplaceable, highly appreciating all the support and encouragement given with the deepest gratitude to the nation , the state, the defense department and the US military.
With a motivation for tremendous contribution in realisation of this mission with a medal “Distinguished Service”, Minister Mehaj decorated the U.S Defense Attache in Kosovo, Colonel Stephen Rose and Chief of Defense and Cooperation Office, Major Courtney Olson. Aslo, with the same motivation a gartitude was awarded to Politician Officer of the U. S Embassy, Marissa Polnerow, ex- secretary general of Ministry of Defense , Rozafa Ukimeraj and ex-director of Department for International Cooperation and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ministry of Defense, Col. Hasan Hoxha.
